The experience with Solarhart Central Coast was excellent from the first call I made to Melissa. She was most helpful and efficient, plus had a great phone manner, explaining everything clearly. The service technician/plumber who installed the system did a very good job, turned up on time, and contacted me on both occasions to ensure the process went smoothly. Overall, I’m very happy with the product (replaced the previous Solarhart System that lasted 30 years!) and everyone at Solarhart Central Coast who organised the new system.

Great experience from quote to install

The installation of a new heat pump hot water system and a new roof-mounted solar system went very smoothly, right from the time we received the quote until the work was completed. Everything was completed professionally, and we were consulted during the process, which we found to be excellent. The professional manner in which the installation was carried out, was very pleasing, and the explanation of what to expect once the installation was completed, was also very good. The cleanup afterwards was carried out well, so we are very happy with the work that has been done.

Solarhart Water Pump 280L is a welcome change to our old Dux system that was falling apart but to be fair, that was after 15 years of use. We researched many of the models on the market and decided on Solarhart as we live across the road from the ocean and fingers crossed the materials used in the Solarhart Water Pump should not rust from the seaspray. Only issue we had was the office not communicating with the trades, as a result, installation had to be rescheduled for day after which threw my week out. Also, the trades couldn’t really tell us much about the water pump as they didn’t know, so was handed the manual to read about it. Other than this, the overall experience went smoothly and all the people we dealt with were really nice.
