We had a quote from another Solahart branch and could not get any response from them after making numerous phone calls and email atempts. So we decided to try Solahart Central Coast and they were easy to deal with and quick to rectify a small issue after installation. The installers were very good and informative. I would highly recommend Solahart Central Coast to anyone as from the office staff, quoting , installing and aftercare they have been extremely professional.

We loved the sales experience with Sam. Have two points though. Make a note of the owner has a dog and make sure when installing all gates are closed afterwards. (Our dog enjoyed his little bit of freedom). And follow up with a phone call a week after installation just to check the system is being used correctly. (We forgot it turned off automatically after flicking the switch.) Thank you Sam for giving us that extra info.

The experience with Solarhart Central Coast was excellent from the first call I made to Melissa. She was most helpful and efficient, plus had a great phone manner, explaining everything clearly. The service technician/plumber who installed the system did a very good job, turned up on time, and contacted me on both occasions to ensure the process went smoothly. Overall, I’m very happy with the product (replaced the previous Solarhart System that lasted 30 years!) and everyone at Solarhart Central Coast who organised the new system.

The installation of a new heat pump hot water system and a new roof-mounted solar system went very smoothly, right from the time we received the quote until the work was completed. Everything was completed professionally, and we were consulted during the process, which we found to be excellent. The professional manner in which the installation was carried out, was very pleasing, and the explanation of what to expect once the installation was completed, was also very good. The cleanup afterwards was carried out well, so we are very happy with the work that has been done.

Solarhart Water Pump 280L is a welcome change to our old Dux system that was falling apart but to be fair, that was after 15 years of use. We researched many of the models on the market and decided on Solarhart as we live across the road from the ocean and fingers crossed the materials used in the Solarhart Water Pump should not rust from the seaspray. Only issue we had was the office not communicating with the trades, as a result, installation had to be rescheduled for day after which threw my week out. Also, the trades couldn’t really tell us much about the water pump as they didn’t know, so was handed the manual to read about it. Other than this, the overall experience went smoothly and all the people we dealt with were really nice.

The panels were installed on the roof in a safe manner and all safety measures applied. The Inverter was installed and the SEMS Portal app set up and demonstrated. Currently waiting for the new meter to be installed. Overall, a job well done.

My experience with Solahart was a good one. The sales representative was knowledgeable and asked plenty of questions in regards to different options that would best suit our requirements. We had solar PV panels installed and a full solar upgrade on the hot water service both at a competitive price. I certainly would recommend their services.

Sam from Solahart quoted on our solar installation after a face to face appointment allowing us to ask as many questions necessary to make an informed decision. The team installed the system on the agreed date without fuss, efficiently and left the site as they found it. The whole experience from quotation to installation was very easy however the connection of the solar app was a bit frustrating as the instructions were a little vague and left out an important step. Overall we are very happy with the system and our experience with Solahart.
