Ok Here goes, from the moment the team pulled up and said morning I was impressed, while one was talking to me the others were investigating the site, got the gear out and on the roof and into it. it wasn’t long and the job was done, very skilled guy’s, the team work well together, I am happy with their performance a job well done, recommend these guy’s to anyone. thank you Solahart now we are enjoying off the grid electrical service, we love it, should have done this move while I was still working, the job would have paid for this rather than my super. to all those out there considering putting on solar do it. Great service and value. Installation has been completed within a reasonable time

From start to finish the install went professionally, quote was clear easy to read, options explained well, first install was stopped due to possible safety issue it was on the 3rd floor of an apartment so initially difficult to gain access, the team worked their way through it solving the problem with no imposition to myself or neighbours. The office admin were on top of meters, Ausgrid, schedules and welcome pack. Early days yet but system has run flawlessly from day 1. Would recommend the team to anyone who wants a solar system.

I would recommend Solahart to any of my friends or family. They were easy and pleasant to deal with, the installation of solar panels and batteries only took a day and when we had a slight issue afterwards they were really quick to deal with it and very helpful, great customer service. And their palenls and batteries are really good quality.

Very happy with the solar battery purchased and installed by Solahart. The sales team were easy to deal with, the installers arrived on time and extremely helpful. The application to monitor our captured solar energy is easy to use. We look forward to watching our upcoming electricity bill reduce.

Overall a pretty good experience. the team at Solahart provided a friendly customer centric service. Always a prompt response from Sam and the office team whenever I had a question. Their contractors did the their work industriously and could have done a bit better with tidiness and making appointments and sticking to them. From the photo if the PVs you can see the arrays is installed with a gap which is not that best aesthetically and it was never explained why it was done that way. Solahart did react quickly to an equipment issue on installation , got the spare organised promptly.

Very friendly and prompt service through installation. It took two weeks to finalize paperwork as the only person who could do it was on holiday. Now we have to wait three weeks for AGL to do their thing with the meter. So, we have very flashy panels on the roof not doing nothing. John

Excellent service

I was very happy with the quote I was given for my solar.The installation was very quick and the two you men were very helpful and set up my phone so I could see what my panels were drawing in. I wanted to go with a company that had been around for along time for peace of mind.

My Solarhart Australia experience from the beginning was great. Sam arrived at the specified time to give me the quote for a new hot water system which included 2 new solar panels. The quote was as expected and within reason. Sam went out of his way to get the new units installed ASAP. The guys doing the installation were also on time and were very efficient doing the installation. The solar system is far better than the old tired system. Overall Solarhart did a great job.
